Carrot halwa
Inspired by the traditional Afghan dessert, Halwa e Zardak. A fragrant cardamom base with a sweet carrot ribbon, finished with pistachios and almonds.
Salted tahini date
Tahini and dates are beloved staples across the Middle East. A sweet and salty tahini base with a housemade date swirl and crunchy toasted sesame.
Pina colada sorbet
Refreshing pineapple and coconut mocktail in the spirit of spring break ahead!
MOLE DE PLÁTANO
A homage to Guatemalan mole. A rich, spiced chocolate base layered with caramelized plantains and pepitas.

BERBERE POPCORN
& COLD BREW
Inspired by Buna, the Eritrean coffee ceremony traditionally served with popcorn after a meal. A cold brew ice cream base topped with sweet, salty, berbere-spiced popcorn.
Mint Chocolate Oat Milk
Oatmilk mint chocolate. Our classic mint with a swirl of chocolate goodness.
Alpine Tiramisu
Sweet cream swirled with local rum and espresso meets huckleberry-soaked cake wafers, all dusted with cocoa powder. It's tiramisu, reimagined for winter.
Cortina '26
For Olympic dreamers and cereal lovers alike. Cereal milk sweet cream studded with our house-dipped Olympic rings brings the spirit of Cortina to every scoop.
