Sweet Peaks has decided to show a little love to the communities who have treated us so well over the past 9 years. In 2019, we will hold three community nights - Winter, Spring, and Fall - in each of our 5 year-round locations. In each community, we will choose three non-profit groups or organizations to raise funds and awareness for their cause. Our community is our first priority - so let’s keep it local. We are passionate about groups that support underprivileged children or families, food insecurity, and conservation; but all submissions that meet our criteria will be considered.
If selected, your organization will host an evening in your local Sweet Peaks store during which we will donate $1 for every sale made. You also have the option to set up an information booth in our space and hold raffles, trivia games, bingo, etc. over the duration of the selected evening. Your organization will be featured in a social media post advertising the community night date across locations and your website link will be posted on sweetpeaksicecream.com.
Requirements
Your organization must have an active non-profit status with the state in which you are headquartered and a tax-exempt ID #. We reserve the right to support politically and religiously affiliated organizations at our discretion.
How to Apply
Fill out the Google form below describing your organization. Deadlines for submissions are as follows:
Winter Event: February (applications due on January 10th)
Spring Event: May (applications due on April 10th)
Fall Event: October (applications due on September 10th)
Events will be held approximately one month after the selection is made, dependent on schedule coordination. If you are not selected for the season in which you first apply, you will need to reapply for future events. We will not select the same organization for more than one community night in the same calendar year.
